Patient Eligibility

- ✓ Not satisfied with results of antidepressants
- ✓ Responded to medication, but not in remission
- ✓ Cannot tolerate medication side effects
- ✓ Has failed 1 or more medication trials
- ✓ Wishes to avoid antidepressants and/or augmentors
Typical Insurance Criteria

- ✓ MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) Diagnosis
- ✓ 2 or more medication trials
- ✓ Received evidence-based talk therapy

Our Care Team will contact your patient to schedule a no-cost consultation. During the consultation, they will review your patient’s history and explain the treatment process. We’ll evaluate your patient to determine if they’re a candidate for TMS therapy and create their individualized treatment plan.

We’ll explain treatment payment options with your patient and co-ordinate with their insurance provider to determine benefits.
